Paal Bekkeheien

Paal is co-founder and the Managing Director of the company, with over 10 years experience in the IT industry, from strategy consulting in Scandinavia, managing start-up companies in continental Europe, to being employed by a private venture capitalist in Boston, US, investing in technology companies. He has over recent years specialised in commercialisation of early stage technology companies and has direct current experience of the digital home market both in the UK and Middle East. Paal’s academic background is MSc and MBA.

Neil Prosser

Neil is co-founder and Commercial Director of the company. Neil has 20 years experience in the IT industry being responsible for business development within blue chip organisations. He has focused primarily in the hi-tech/telecommunications sector, working on both national and international projects. Neil also has direct sales experience from the digital smart market both in the UK and internationally.

Ian is a Non-Executive Director of the company. Ian has more than 25 years property development experience having held various senior positions within the industry, including PLC Board Director and Managing Director of the South East Region of Linden Homes and Laing Homes.

Matthias Kohlbecker

Matthias Kohlbecker is a Non-Executive Director of the company. Matthias is the Managing Partner and main shareholder of Kohlbecker Architekten & Ingenieure (“Kohlbecker”). Kohlbecker is a highly successful architect firm which employs approximately 100 architects and designers and has a particularly strong presence within the commercial property development market in Germany, US and Russia. Matthias plays a key role in the business development of Promoveo in continental Europe.
