Promoveo appointed as Kern-Haus Technology Partner

Promoveo Technology and Kern-Haus have entered into a formal partnership where Promoveo is appointed Kern-Haus’ technology partner for energy management and home automation.

Kern-Haus, as an innovative prefabricated house builder with a particular focus on eco friendly homes, has taken one step further now by offering their customers the option of fully integrated energy management and home automation solutions facilitated by the Promoveo Platform. Homebuyers are now offered flexible pre-packaged solutions for better energy efficiency, comfort and security.

The joint Kern-Haus and Promoveo offering can be experienced in a live installation in the brand new show house in Berlin. The installation demonstrates integration via the Promoveo Platform of automated blinds, lights, cameras, sensors, weather station, smart metering, energy management and multiroom audio which can all be controlled by touch screens, both in-wall and wireless, as well as remotely.

The Promoveo user experience offers an intuitive, simple to use interface, where no user manual is required, which allows the whole family to manage and enjoy the technology in their home.
Due to Promoveo’s open approach to technology, Kern-Haus’ customers can easily add functionality and make changes to their home environment as new solutions become available or their requirements change, for example by elderly people using technology to live independently longer.
