The Promoveo solution is a client server system built on the latest .NET technologies from Microsoft and Adobe’s Flash platform.
Communication between components of the Promoveo platform is handled via WebServices and XML.
The User interface is developed for the Adobe Flash platform which allows for a scalable, rich, highly interactive user display on the Promoveo touchpanels.
All the Promoveo software is pre-installed on the Server and Clients for the integrator, just leaving the task of simple configuration.
Promoveo software links seamlessly with external technologies, e.g. Axis cameras via an IP-based interface & KNX devices via the KNX-IP Gateway device. The system can also be used to integrate wireless EnOcean devices via the EnoCean/KNX Gateway.
The Promoveo software platform is highly modular, allowing for initial configuration of selected functionality such as lighting and heating. The platform configuration can then easily expand to cover, e.g. multiroom audio or blinds control. Once the platform has been configured with the simple Configuration Tool, the Promoveo touchpanels are updated with any changes – again no visualisation is necessary by the integrator.
